08/04/10 we replaced the nike shox tl3 model 1006 with nike shox tl3 model 1009 size 8.5

I see several people are having a hard time getting their products, but I have ordered from them several times and got everything I ordered. I just placed another order and hopefully I get everything, but I had one issue in the past where the shoe I ordered was out of stock, but did not show on the website as such. They informed me and after choosing another shoe, they shipped it out ASAP. Other than that, there wasn't any other issues I ran into. I believe they should have a more efficient way of updating their systems so nobody can place an order for a product that is no longer available.

when I try to order it tell me to order up to 6 items. How can i get the glasses I've payed for?

I didn't get my glasses but got everything else. Whats up with that?
